Place is real petty. I ordered my food and ask for a water to drink. When I got to the window the price had gone up. I asked... about it. Told me they charged me for the water. I complained that Ive never had to pay for a water before. Said the managerwill get mad if they don't charge for the cup. I said I have my own container and for them to just put tje water in there. This place does nothing but mess up orders anymore,(nightshift) everyone goofing off and Rude when spoken to. All but one guy... who was so nice but high as a kite on idk what. Ordered through the website on Friday, August 26 2022 at 9:51pm. Arrived at drive thru around 10:15-10:20 pm. At the speaker, I... told them I had placed a mobile order and gave them my name, they direct me to pull up to the window. Once pulled up to thewindow, they tell me that they don?t see my order. I attempt to give them an order number as I not only had the website showingmy order being placed but also had an email. They tell me they can do nothing since it?s not showing up for them. I, not wantingto argue, ask if I can just order at the window, I?m told that?s not allowed and I have to pull back around through the drivethru line (which is now backed out to the street). I go and park in the parking lot, questioning my sanity but the email andwebsite show that I did place the order and I had made it to the correct Taco Bell. I ended up cutting my losses and drove tothe Leestown rd Taco Bell which was fast and delicious. I had just made it out to be water under the bridge until this morning ,WHEN THE CHARGE WENT THROUGH ON MY CREDIT CARD. Not only HAD I paid for that food, but the employees had either given it tosomeone else or eaten it themselves. Glad I had used a credit card because I disputed the charge and immediately got my moneyback but it did leave me pretty miffed. I was not only treated poorly by this Taco Bell but someone there attempted to stealfrom me. Won?t be making the mistake of visiting this location again. Read more
I?ve eaten here many times. I have had one good experience. I only come back because it?s the only vegetarian place that doesn?t... cost an arm and a leg and is open late. If there were other options I would take them in a heartbeat. This place is hands downthe worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to repeatedly. Never leave the drive through without checking your order and never orderdelivery unless you want a bag of disappointment delivered to your doorstep. Read more
Great and friendly staff. The food is always hot and the speed at which I get my food is quick. The last time I came through,... Maria was my order taker. She was very professional. When I ordered my food, I got a medium Pepsi with lite ice but it didn?tpop up on the screen that it was with lite ice. I said it twice to make sure it was as I ordered but she mentioned she?s the onemaking the drinks and that she?ll take care of it. True to her word, it was lite ice. I?ll be back for sure. Read more
The food was hot need I say more. Service was super fast and they got our order rite no problem. My wife ordered a light sour... cream on her taco they nailed it. Usually they either give more then normal or none at all in other locations. The box mealswere organized really good. This is probably one of the best toco bell locations I've been too. Read more
