long story short, there?s an IGA 2 mins away with ?Which-Wich?, and I?ve started going there instead. almost every time I come... here the employees do not want to work. I?d like to use the drive-thru, but it?s either closed or no one feels like working.Today I pulled up to the window and saw someone standing in there, and once he made eye contact he walked away and didn?t comeback. if i go inside, it?s hit or miss on if the employees are around. I don?t see how this place makes any revenue. Read more

Started by waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, with no one coming to help. Then when I went inside the person behind the... counter was on their phone. Then when they finally realized I was there, they messed my order up, even though I said it loudlyand clearly. They were rude and my orders was wrong. Read more

They should just close this establishment down, I mean they?re closed every other time I?ve tried going. Whether it?s noon on a... Monday or 3 pm on a Saturday, they?re always closed. What?s the point of even having this open sometimes, whatever that schedulemay be. Read more

Overall pretty bummed about this place. I work long hours on and weekend and can?t leave our building for lunch. I used to... always get a sandwich in the morning before work (around 7:45am) and I?d eat half for breakfast and half for lunch. It workedout perfectly. Now they have changed the hours to 8am. So that?s bummer #1. Bummer #2 is that the drive through is almost alwaysclosed. There is a neon sign in the front of the gas station that says if it?s open or not but if you come from the other wayyou don?t know. Also it?s super inconsistent. Sometimes it?s open at noon, sometimes it?s not. Etc. they are also inconsistentwith their online ordering. Sometimes it?s up at 7am when they open, sometimes not till 8am. They are SO slow?like sooooo slowthat I order my food online first and then just go in and pick it up. Even then there?s been plenty of times the footlong is a6? and they have to remake it. ALSO, the food isnt consisting. Sometimes the bread tastes fresh, sometimes it?s old, stale andcrusty. Overall I?m just really bummed about it. Hopefully the franchise owner gets some better employees or picks up the slackthemselves. This won?t last otherwise. Read more

I just discovered the drive thru today! I ordered online and it was one of the smoothest online to pickup processes that I?ve... experienced. So if you?ve experienced issues with service, I?d definitely recommend trying the online and drive thruexperience. I got the buffalo chicken sub and it came packed with all of the extra toppings that I?d requested, with theexception of the cucumbers... they were out of those. They were heavy on the sauce, so the next time I?m going to request lightsauce. Read more

In a convenient location but don't expect it quick. Sat in the drive through at the speaker for literally 15min i got side... tracked and lost track of time and before I knew it 15min was gone. No answer go inside no line just 2 employees chillin behindthe counter Read more

This franchise is conveniently close to my house, so I've come here plenty of times because of that reason. I am posting this... review today because each time I have come here, they are EXTREMELY SLOWWWWW in making the order thru the drive thru!!Seriously, 1 sandwich takes 10 minutes. I don't understand... Nor do I understand why there has NEVER been a chocolate chipcookie available every time I've come here. Today, they have "1 oatmeal raisin left". Makes no sense. I hope the manager,franchise owner or SOMEONE sees this. Your employees need a little help. Read more
