I ordered there for lunch with my mother today and the women that work there are horrible. They are rude, and entitled. They... leave the doors to the coolers open so everything is dried out, and get mad when you ask for more condiments. New staff is 100%needed. Also, smacking on gum when that close to open food containers is disgusting. Read more

I stopped in around 11:30 today and proceeded to the restroom to wash my hands before ordering. Halfway down the hallway... someone yelled at me so loudly it startled me??are you ordering food?? I looked at the woman in disbelief. I wanted to answerher but frankly she kinda scared me. I did order something on the way out but not what I had planned to order. I only wantedto get out of there as there were several customers who heard her yell at me. It was embarrassing and so disrespectful. Iwould give less than a 1 star rating if it were possible. Very good service. This lady had to stop her phone from ringing in the middle of making my food, and she immediately changed... gloves after touching the phone. Common sense isn?t that common. Great to see it. Read more

OMG ???????? the first time I went there, which so far had been my only time I ended up parking in front of the subway and... eating my sandwich. It was a decent sandwich nothing really special but I ?made? it so I can?t complain. While I was sitting inthe car the two employees working were both arguing and one of them was recording the other one ???? definitely was the funniestand scariest subway experience I?ve ever had. I have never been treated more rude than I was tonight at this Subway store on Sir Barton. Are they killing it and not needing... customers? We came in 20 min before closing and totally annoyed the lady working. She told a lady that come in after us (8:50)she was trying to close her store and our order was the last. Huffed and puffed the whole time. Rushed around and just plainrude to us. Will not go back. Read more

I stopped at this restaurant with my wife Sunday night 4/12/21 around 630. We were talking while standing in line to be served... when suddenly I hear a loud female voice say excuse me you need to back up. I looked up and to my surprise it was one of theemployees talking to my wife and I. As we weren't particularly close to anyone I'm not sure what she was talking about or whyshe thought it was ok to take that tone and attitude with paying customers. Rather that argue with some incompetent rude teenagegirl my wife and I just left. With so many choices of restaurants in this area I'm not putting up with it. On 11/23/20 I placed a catering order for HomeGoods for 11/29/20 (pick up time @11). We've ordered catering orders from this... location before and the service was great. I received an email and text on 11/29/20 @ 10:20 am stating that my order could notbe confirmed because they hadn't received an answer from that location. No apology or anything only an option that they couldsearch for a replacement 30 min before we were supposed to pick up our order of 26 boxed lunches. During this time, we try toshow our support by ordering our large orders from different restaurants (Subway being one of them) that can provide theindividually boxed lunches which meets our current needs. This was handled very poorly and not professional at all. We're verydisappointed with the customer service and outcome. Follow-up. The DM and store manager came to HomeGoods and personallyapologized for the inconvenience. They even brought cookies and discounted our next order. Very pleased with the personal followup! Read more
