Note to the franchise owner for the Subway at Tates Creek Center.... Either conduct your buisness properly. or close this one... down. It's nothing but a hang out place for vagrants anyway. We placed a four sandwich order tonight an hour before they closed to find out after they accepted our order and charged us for... it, that who ever was working decided to close early. We didn't get our food and now we have to fool with trying to get ourmoney back. This is ridiculous! Read more
I used to work at this store and my god I can say the quality has fallen off dramatically. I ordered three foot longs with the... mobile app and only one of them was correct. The attention to detail is horribly lacking at this location. If I order extrasauce on my sandwich I expect it to be all throughout the sub and not just on the ends. These subs had no layers to them, nofeeling of actual care when making it just a smashed together sub of toppings with a drizzle of sauce on the outer edge. I wasreally disappointed with the quality of my order and I hope they can do better in the future. Maybe I'm just a stickler fordetail but every sandwich I ever made while working for them you tasted every layer and ingredient, I took being a veteransandwich artist seriously and would bend over backwards to meet a customer's needs/wants. Regardless of the request even if youwanted a crazy level of extra sauce you got it and left feeling satisfied regardless of how messy it was. Normally, this subway is fantastic! But today, unfortunately, I was less than pleased with my visit. I was taken care of by a... young lady, who I assume was new, I?m usually very happy to give someone experience who is new. However when walking up to thecounter I wasn?t acknowledged at all, the lady stood and waited, while I was waiting, to be told to take care of me and I couldtell she very much didn?t want to. My bread was torn instead of cut, burnt because it was left in too long and ranch was put oninstead of the mayo I asked for, nor did I get the extra cheese I requested because she barely put any on to begin with. None ofthe mistakes were corrected or apologized for, and I?m not too happy with my sandwich. Again, usually the sweet older man andthe younger gentleman provide excellent service, but I wasn?t pleased today. Hopefully the attitude can be changed, as that wasmy biggest complaint. Today was the first time I?ve been here and received bad service. When I went the young women who was making my sandwich had her... AirPods in and she touched her hair repeatedly. She put onions on my sandwich when I didn?t ask for it then took them off andput them back into their original container. After they had already been on my sandwich. The food containers were dirty and thefood in them was mixed up. Overall the place wasn?t very clean. Read more
