I fear that older people (the demographic with more money to spend and the nostalgic atmosphere the restaurant is geared toward)... will not be able to enjoy eating here if they can't figure out how to use the self order kiosks and that only one of themaccepts cash. I understand shortage of workers, but this is a sad development. I'd also hate to come when it's busy and waitfor an available kiosk, only to have to wait longer for the single cash kiosk. Read more
Always a great experience at probably the most underrated of the burger chains. This particular location was clean and everyone... was very friendly. 1 point off because they keep the inside frigid. Read more
I got the Reese?s cup milkshake. It was pretty good, good thickness. Not soo thick you couldn?t drink it like some places.... Employees also made it very quickly as well. They got rid of the best part of steak n shake. The waitresses. Now it's more like a McDonald's with you ording at a kiosk and... going to the counter to pick up your own stuff. Sad. Read more
I?ve been to many Steak ?n Shakes. This seems to have been recently done up. During Covid times. Without a doubt the cleanest... nicest I?ve been to! Jan 2021. I can only hope it stays like this as they usually have a funk. The were quick and the FPS wasgood. I was really impressed. Read more
I haven't been to this chain in over a year. I won't be going back anytime soon either. Everything about this place has changed... drastically and not for the better. It is a cold, cramped, bland, shell of what it used to be. Yet, they have the gall to askfor a tip up front...for a dining experience that is now entirely self-service with much lower quality food?
