Waited in line for almost 20 minutes while the barista completely ignored us. We were the only two people in line and yet didn?t... seem like we were viewed as customers at all. I understand that they get mobile orders as well but a simple ?hello? or ?we?ll bewith you in a minute? would have completely changed the experience. Tried to order a chai latte. Was rudely told they were out of chai. So I ordered a caramel latte with almond milk. I was charged... for the almond milk and come to find out it was made with regular milk. Terrible service by one of the employees. Read more
This is a standard Kroger Starbucks so I mean, enjoy. It's a good location. New guy is really nice.
I don't know what training you are giving these employees or if they just don't care. But watching them make my drink I could... tell they didn't know what to do when no ice is requested. I worked at Starbucks. Shake the drink with ice and just don't putice in the cup. I wanted to make this myself because the attitude that was being displayed in from of my was not professional.This is my first and last day I will ever order from a Kroger Starbucks. Kroger you have lost my business! I have never had thismuch of my drink left in the cup. It's typically gone in less than 10 minutes. But while I was putting on eyeliner before mywork shift the drink had already separated. I didn't take more than 5 minutes to do my eye liner. Read more
I don't have a picture of the first time they made my drink. But it was undrinkable. When I had them make it, they again used... what looked to be the pitcher for the passion tea, I've noticed that other Starbucks have containers that they put theirrefreshers in now so I just assumed that they didn't upgrade to those and we're using the tea containers instead. My drinktastes off there is no caffeine buzz that the refreshers normally give you. My lunch break was over so I couldn't go behind thecounter and ask to make it myself. I will not be going to another Starbucks in a Kroger and frankly I don't think Kroger shouldhave one in store if they are going to drop the ball like that continuously. Unacceptable. I find the quality of the coffee served sg most Starbucks to be inferior. I prefer a strong dark roast coffee and have never... been able to get one at a Starbucks that didn't taste burnt. The flip side of this is that I grind my own coffee using Espressobeans on a fine grind. The kicker is that I have been using Starbucks espresso whole bean and it is delicious. WHY? Read more
Starbucks coffee always has a bitter, over-roasted flavor. There are other brands with a much better taste. The employees are... friendly and do a good job so I can't complain about the service experience. Read more
