Waited in line for almost 20 minutes while the barista completely ignored us. We were the only two people in line and yet didn?t... seem like we were viewed as customers at all. I understand that they get mobile orders as well but a simple ?hello? or ?we?ll bewith you in a minute? would have completely changed the experience. We ended up just leaving and getting coffee at Speedwaysince I wasn?t even sure if we were going to be served or how much longer it would take. Read more
Tried to order a chai latte. Was rudely told they were out of chai. So I ordered a caramel latte with almond milk. I was charged... for the almond milk and come to find out it was made with regular milk. Terrible service by one of the employees. Read more
This is a standard Kroger Starbucks so I mean, enjoy. It's a good location. New guy is really nice.
I don't know what training you are giving these employees or if they just don't care. But watching them make my drink I could... tell they didn't know what to do when no ice is requested. I worked at Starbucks. Shake the drink with ice and just don't putice in the cup. I wanted to make this myself because the attitude that was being displayed in from of my was not professional.This is my first and last day I will ever order from a Kroger Starbucks. Kroger you have lost my business! I have never had thismuch of my drink left in the cup. It's typically gone in less than 10 minutes. But while I was putting on eyeliner before mywork shift the drink had already separated. I didn't take more than 5 minutes to do my eye liner. Read more
