This Starbucks is inside the Healthy Kentucky Research Building (HKRB, aka RB2). It is almost impossible to park anywhere near... the building, though, because it is on the University of Kentucky campus and you need an expensive permit to park practicallyeverywhere. The staff is nice and you can pay using your Starbucks app and get stars for your orders. However, you cannotmobile order in advance on the Starbucks app. Read more

I have been to this Starbucks three times now and every time they have been out of coffee. Shouldn't it just be a given that a... coffee shop keeps a fresh pot ready to go whenever? Or does the clientele here drink anything but coffee? Thankfully there aremany nearby coffee alternatives. Read more

Terrible customer service. I went to refill my ?Tall pike place? coffee, and the rude manager told the barista, ? we can?t do... that, it is not our Cup?. It is true that I purchased the coffee from a close by Starbucks, but her reaction wasunprofessional. I was vey embarrassed! I spend a lot if money in starbucks; she could have avoided embarrassing me in front ofthe queue by asking me to purchase another, as simple as that! After all, it is only $ 2.28! And I was intending to give a $5as a tip!! It is all about being nice and customer care! The good thing is that they just lost 5 customers coz when I toldcolleagues, they decided to purchase their coffee from another store. Grow up greedy manager and be nicer to people! Read more

First time having Starbucks and I got a pink cake pop and a iced cloud Coco thing and the cake pop was doughy and looked like... playdough and tasted like sand. It was decorated buetifly though. The coffee I got looked ok and tasted not to good and the girlwas having trouble understanding names and orders that she was making. The only good thing about my experience is that thecashier was really nice and answered all the questions I asked. Read more

Three strikes and I'm done with you. First was when an employee told me they were closed at 5:45pm and that same employee lied... and said she didn't say that when another employee asked her about it. Second was two days ago when my normal venti whitechocolate mocha with whip had caramel in it, and I didn't find out until I was on the bus. Third was this morning. I decided totry a bacon, sausage and cheese wrap. I paid for it, then after they gave me my coffee they told me they were out. I didn't wantanything else. I asked if I got a rain check because I'd already paid for it, and was told I would have to get back in a linethat was eight deep at the time. As I had a bus to catch, and am very tired from working all night, I told them I wasn'tstanding in that line and left. Three bad experiences in the span of one month equals one lost customer. The lines here are long, and they make the drinks easiest to most complicated it seems, not first come first serve. So if you... order a more complex drink, be prepared to wait. This Starbucks is run by UK, so they do not accept Starbucks Rewards. Read more

Overall pretty good - your standard Starbucks experience. The line can get very long but the baristas often handle it quickly. I... have had some hit or miss experiences lately. A couple weeks ago someone directly handed another customer my order - I guessthey knew her and we had the same name. I'd been waiting longer, but was going to roll with it until I realized we'd ordered 2different things. No apology. My quick coffee run took way longer than necessary. They also really need to learn how to make aLondon fog - it's always a tossup if it will have vanilla in it, but if I order an earl grey latte with vanilla I tend to get"... You mean a London fog?" I just want the right thing :( Read more
