Runs out of pumpkin spice. How on a short 4to 6 week special do you run out at the start and then can't finish out the dates?
Today at 8:25pm at Store #9983 receipt #71125796 a Barista expressed a hostile attitude upon being asked to remake my drink... because it had about a 1/4 cup of heavy cream versus the ?LtHeavyCream? I ordered through the app. I attempted to explain thedesired amount but she was so triggered that she had to remake the drink, that she forcefully slammed the drive-thru window andproceeded to complain to co-workers about my request. When she returned to the window she brought the 4 shots on ice in a venticup with a large cup of heavy cream on the side. I explained that I had nowhere to hold the remaining cup of cream in my car andI could pour it myself but she probably wouldn?t take the cup of cream back. She angrily replied she could pour it and dumpedway too much cream in again. I attempted to explain only 3 capfuls. But it was too late because she?d already dump too much inthe cup. When I told her it was again too much again she slammed the window again and threw the cup into the sink. By this timeI could see the manager had to calm her down. The manager came to the window and asked me to explain my drink again. I did.Meanwhile I could see and hear the barista in the background venting to coworkers. I explained to the manager that the baristahad became instantly triggered when I initially asked for the drink to be remade. Then the barista yelled over to me that Ineeded to not be mean to service workers. At no time did I consider my request mean. The drink wasn?t made per what was on thelabel. I simply asked for it to be with less cream I asked apologetically , ?Sorry but there is too much cream? I have beenordering a Iced Venti Quad Espresso with Lt Heavy Cream and extra ice every day for the past 5 year. Sometimes 2 times a day. Iuse the mobile app at the drive-thru so there is no misunderstanding as to what I order. Occasionally a new barista will put toomuch cream in. I don?t get mad. But I do ask them to remake. Have been driving through this Starbucks for 3 weeks with bicycle in drive thru and never had a problems with this, workers were... always nice to me etc. Today morning did the same thing as i do every day but girl who was taking orders first of all didn?t askme in order place what I would like to get, and when i came to window she did say that I?m not allowed to drive thru with a bikeand didn?t take my order ???????? Slow drive thru service. Last time I got to pickup window, my drink was in the bistros hand while she was (blessed with the gift... of gab) standing there talking with coworkers. I didn?t think she would EVER stop talking long enough to set my drink down!!!Poor Management?? Read more
Went through the drive thru Easter Sunday and the young looking brunette at the window was so polite, however, we purchased a... gift card and put $20 on it. Nothing crazy but the girl scanned their display card and handed us a different one, so the card wehave is inactive and we were not given a receipt. I?ve talked with the store and corporate and nobody will make it right. I?vepolitely explained what may have happened and they couldn?t care less. We will definitely be contacting the BBB. I ordered an espresso frappuccino and this is what they gave me. It tastes like milk and nothing else. Also didn't give me a... straw so wasn't able to drink it until I got home. Read more
