I?ve gone to Starbucks nearly everyday for three years and this is the first unpleasant experience I?ve had. We approached the... male barista behind the register to place our order and he walked away for serval minutes. Upon finally returning, he was veryhostile taking our order. I would never treat a human being in the manner I was treated. His demeanor and his words indicatedusing two forms of payment (remainder of gift card and debit card) was a major inconvenience to him. Unfortunately, my drink wasmade incorrect (hot instead of iced). Upon vocalizing this to a female barista at the bar and her kindly offering to remake mydrink, the male barista shook his head and interjected with ?you never said iced.? I am unsure of the extenuating circumstancesof his day to prompt hostility towards a customer but, because he was overflowing with kindness to everyone else in the cafeexcept myself, it feels targeted. Pre ordered. Still had to wait a really long time after arriving at the store only to get the wrong poorly made drink. Sweet... Carmel Ribbon Crunch without the Carmel and very little crunch/coffee. I think I?m drinking iced milk and whipped cream. Read more
The most friendly and well run Starbucks I have ever been to. Great attitudes even whether they are super busy or not. Starts... with management, it?s a real shame more businesses do not understand this. Kudos to the most friendly staff, keep up the greatwork! Read more
