I retired from the Army and started going to Starbucks on Winchester Rd in Lexington KY with my new part time job stop after... work and would always order a grande cafe mocha. So, from April 2022 until November 11, 2022. I was paying $5.25 for each mochaI was there 2-3 times per week ordering the a Cafe Mocha. The Barrista?s even learned my name. On 11 November 2022 it was statedthat Starbuck?s would give Active Duty Soldiers and Veterans a free Coffee. I went today to order another Grande Cafe Mocha likeany other day. They stated that I was only authorized a cup of Pike?s Peak! Just plain coffee. This shows the contempt forActive Duty Soldiers and Veterans are held by the Starbucks Corporation! I will never, ever go to any Starbucks again as long asI live. There is a reason why I?m an old, grumpy Veteran. May all Starbucks employees unionize as they Starbucks are mistreatingtheir union employees by either closing their locations where employees work to organize too. Read more

I always have a good experience. I prefer to order ahead on the Starbucks app. I feel like it's a out lot quicker than telling... the barista exactly how I want my drink and holding up their line. That being said, I always get my drink quickly, and the staffis always pleasant. Read more

This Starbucks is in a convenient location close to I-75 exit 110. Speedy & friendly service, delicious coffee drinks and my all... time favorite the bacon, egg and Gouda breakfast sandwich. As of June 2022 the line in the drive-through is a lot shorter. Onebenefit of high inflation. Read more
The coffee is good but a pallet up against the wall and weeds brushing the car. Just not a tidy approach like most are.
Had a great experience visiting this Starbucks location. The staff at the drive thru helped me order my coffee and they even... recommended some things for me. The line was very long, but it went pretty quickly. The coffee was delicious and it is good forwarming you up on a cold day, cooling you down on a hot day, or keeping you awake on a road trip. Girl was printing orders off at like 5 at a time. Sticking them to the coffee bean holder and then selecting what drinks she... wanted to make. Seemed like she enjoyed making cold drinks more than hot. My order was put in at 10 til 10, didn't get it until12 after 10, cars were going through and walk ups were getting their drinks before mobile orders.
