Chicken is Always fresh and delicious. This time I got fried cauliflower. It is sooo yummy???? . Normally it's not this dark,... however umno what happen this time??????????????????????. It was still good. Gotta get that yum yum sauce to go with it!! It'sgotta lil kick but it's good. Read more
What the fudge... did I just spend my money on? Our first time ordering at this place we were feeding 7 people and spent $90ish... on some wings, sides, and a pie. Yeah, we are all sick to our stomachs and taking turns running back and forth to the bathroom.This place must have no standards for food preparation and handling. Also, when you go there you really feel like you're in theghetto. There was a worker who was sitting down rolling his eyes in the back of his head like he was coming down off a massivehigh, or worse... having a medical emergency and no one cared. I had my doubts about the food as soon as we pulled up, but myhusband convinced me to be open minded. It wouldn't surprise me if they cook around bugs and mice. Today was the worst for Grimes. I sat in the drive thru over 5 mins while the crew stood eating. My chicken was not completely... breaded, the crispy outside is the best part. Very disappointed today. I am a big fan of Grimes. My go to 1-2 times a week. Read more
Love the food here but customer service is a whole other deal. They have extremely mediocre staff working here. I got there... nobody attended to anybody for like 5 minutes to begin with. Then they took two people ahead of me even though I raised my handand I said something no one even bothered to concede. Finally I had to really speak up and they just looked at me with the blankstare. They charge me $14 for food that would have cost $10 and they just made up stuff telling me why it cost $14. I encourage anyone who has the opportunity to go here to eat fried chicken. I have toadmit that their chicken was even better than K.F.C. So from now on this will be my only choice for when I want to eat someawesome tasty fried chicken. Plus they also have a large selection of dinners to choose from. Read more
