Waited 30 min for my food at curbside. At 20 min I called and the waitress said "oh I see it it's on its way". 30 min after I... called the manager and magically it appeared. I ordered what i always get which is a hot brown. when I opened the box it wasstone cold. Waiting forever, being lied to, and then cold food. Pretty typical Ramsay's visit. Food was good, service was great. I very much dislike getting a sandwich with meat pieces instead... of a meat "patty." Every bite pushes meat pieces and toppings out onto the plate and you're more of less left with lettuce onbread and everything else on your plate. It's not like that everytime but when they do serve it that way its a littlefrustrating. Read more

What once was QUALITY?.no longer. Called in order. Was at curbside pick up at designated time. 5 texts & call later, (on hold... for additional 15 minutes), was told another 10 minute wait. Home is 1 mile away. Food was COLD. Catfish used to be crispy,now MUSH. Beets not fully cooked. Good chance will NOT be back. Sad. Been a customer there for 20 YEARS. Read more

The service has always been OK but never great. Seems since 2020 many of the dishes cheapened, Mac & cheese been gritty, cream... corn no seasoning added. And portion size seems to vary. Read more
