So we stopped last night. It started out taking 30 minutes to get food. The gentleman at the window was nice and said sorry we... are short staffed. Drive thru: 11/08/22 about 6 pm. I ordered two large UNsweetened teas with my combos,,, they were straight up water that looked... like tea,,, I called (politely) and told them that they may want to check on their tea bin? If you value your sanity please don't get take out you will be waiting for 30+ minutes. Drive thru is prioritized heavily over... walk ins. I was second in line and they didn't even take my order till 12-15 minutes of me waiting. Read more
The food was horrible, the service was lousy, the wait was very long, I came home to eat and I had to go back because the food... was not what I ordered, I wanted to talk to the manager because I couldn't get along with the employees and the manager wasasleep in his car in the parking lot. Really poor customer service every time you order. Orders are messed up ask for no onions and every time there is onions. You... ask for a double frye burger you get a single patty.
