Highly disappointed with this place! It was really messy, which at first I thought they were just busy but hey, the food is... fresh! But no, my burrito was barely warm! They ran out of small glasses for drinks, so we had to get large ones, only to findout after we paid that Iced tea was gone. Workers were on their phones between making food the whole time we were in line! Iactually had to stop one of the girls and asked her to wash her hands and change gloves, because right after using her phone infront of me she started making food!!! With dirty hands!! No one was wearing aprons, workers looked dirty and covered infood! No wonder why my stomach didn't feel well after eating there. Read more
This Qdoba had a rough pandemic and had to close its dining room to do deliveries only. Fortunately dine-in is back. I was... greeted by friendly workers who put all the tasty things in a bowl to give to me. I expected the tasty things to be tasty, andthey were! Read more
The best night staff ever!! They was so friendly and made our night!! They Fixed our food and it was perfect. It was so clean... and inviting!! We had the chicken rice bowl and it was wonderful! I wish we had one in Winchester! Read more
Pretty gross if I?m being honest. After the original Qdoba at this location burned down, this one was nice and the food was... improved. But this didn?t last long. Now this location is as dirty as the previous. Staff is rude. Dining room is FILTHY. Goelsewhere. The staff doesn?t care if you do. Good luck to you if you give it a shot. You?ll need it. Read more
Not sure where to begin? Customer service was less than sub par. The woman starting the food procession was very rude and short.... Was new here and wanted to know about certain items but she seemed irritated answering simple questions. The place was messy anddirty, especially where the food and drink counter were. There were even employee shoes where the delivery pick stand was. SOGROSS. Very disappointed with this place and first time experience. Better training with customer service and cleanlinessneeded. Had supper from here tonight. Went in to order, tables were nasty as was the counter and floor. The food line was almost empty... and messy. There were 2 teenagers in the lobby playing with slime and spreading it across the tables. The 3 staff members behindthe counter seemed more interested in whispering and laughing to each other than cleaning stocking or tending to customers. Foodwas barely warm (my cheese never melted on the ride home). Asked for more adobo chicken because she gave me literally half aspoon and she charged me for double portion ($3.75 extra). Chips were stale and overall it was a fail. This place used to bereally good before it burned down. Ever since the reopen it has been getting worse every visit. This was my last trip here. Read more
the steaks were burnt and black, chips were very oily and stale, seemed like they fried stale chips. i got 2 chips and queso,... two bowls and a burrito. one bowl wasn?t even filled half way. biting into the steak hurt our teeth. very disappointed,definitely go to the qdoba in palomar. Read more
