Ordered a pizza at 3:39. At 3:53 I received a text that it was out for delivery. At 5:01 still no food. Called and spoke to the... restaurant and the guy said the driver "delivered it to an elderly lady." Im the only one here and Im definitely not elderly.So, not sure who got my food but it wasnt me. My son order a pizza on the app. We never received our pizza. My son called the manager Thomas was very rude and unprofessional.... All he said was the door dash person picked the pizza up. He refuse to help the situation, told my son it's nothing he can doand hung up. So I called back and talk to Thomas. Thomas refused to give me the door dash number and the customer servicenumber for pizza hut. So I call door dash then door dash send me to pizza hut. Now it's after 10pm no pizza or refund. Thenpizza hut tells me it's going be 24 to 72 hours before we get a refund. I will NEVER order from pizza hut EVER again!!! Pizzahut on Bryan Station rd Lexington ky. Very rude and unprofessional. Place is usually fine but they used a Doordasher to deliver our food, and gave us someone else's order. If I order straight from... their own website I obviously don't want to use doordash. Claim they can't do anything or get in touch with the doordasher, sohow are we supposed to then? The credit they gave wasn't even enough to cover our original order, and said if we tried toreplace to order it would be a two hour wait. Read more

I ordered a pizza and I didn't receive it. I was told my order was canceled because their fryer broke. I waited for two hours... and when I call to see where my pizza was the store was closed. I just want my pizza back. The people who answer the phone gotrude and nasty with me. And didn't try to give me my money back even when I had proof. I will never order from them again. Rudeand nasty. I have to say that our pizzas tasted really good! We rarely eat Pizza Hut due to being let down in the past, however they were... running a special on their large pizzas, so we decided to give them a try. Everything was hot and fresh. Our pizzas were coveredin toppings and there was lots of cheese as well. We will definitely be back again soon. Read more
Gross location. Employees sit outside on the curb which is very visible and smoke while still wearing their food apron; when you... approach, the hop up, go in, don't wash their hands, take your order. The store is dirty. They are not very professional; it'slike they just need a job and don't care. It's a shame Pizza Hut has allowed employees to run a store this way. It's nothygienic and gross.
