Well considering they do not answer their phone their probably loosing out on hundreds of dollars a day. I know every time I've... tried to call them over the last few months no one answers. I'm assuming because there is only ever 2 people working withcustomers waiting. Management if ur reading this if you wandered your phone you would definitely make more money. Read more

Perspective: love other Penn station locations. Todds center location is awful. Will update review if and when someone reaches... out. Placed the order on Door dash. Simple and no substitutions, yet when the food arrived this is what we received. Nofries. Only meat on the sandwich, no veggies or sauce or anything. After a long day you order delivery in.. it takes 25-35minutes which is fine, but wait... It gets to you and is completely wrong, and then most places are closed and you've beenlooking forward to relaxing... Not a good way to do business, and then if you don't have anything ready to cook you're forced togo out to a fast food place anyways and waste more of your night. This boils down to laziness, someone didn't want to do theirjob correctly. --Never had this issue at the Richmond road location. Read more

If you like a good sandwich with a night club atmosphere this is place for you! You can yell at the guy taking your order... repeatedly because he can't hear you and you can't hear him! Reminds me of my younger days. If you want to have a conversationwith your partner, godspeed! Your ears will be bleeding just in time for your food to arrive!
