Ordered online directly to avoid doordash expenses. It was a fifty dollar order that was routed through doordash anyways. They... forgot the 2 liter, so I had to go to the store to get it myself as otherwise I was given an estimate of an hour and a halfwait. They didn't cut the pizza. The pizza itself appeared to be made with aggression in mind. It was just messy looking andgross. Oversaturated with some type of pepper. Never again. Most of the papa John stores in this area are bad, except for theone on Bryan station. Read more
Do NOT order from this location. I placed a carryout order tonight at 530pm. At 615pm the app said it was ready for pickup. I... arrived at the store at about 620pm and waited for 40 more minutes. At 7pm, they still did not have my order complete and themanager said they had no idea when the remaining pizza would be ready. After 90 minutes, I left with just a cheese pizza andbreadsticks and those were cold. The location was staffed with 10 people, so I have no idea what they were doing but I won't beordering from there again. Read more
Ordered a pizza and got everything but the correct sauces.We ordered 3 sauces with receipt. Went back to get correct amount and... they refused to give us the other 2 they lacked. Only gave us 1 the first time and only 1 the second time we went back. Not tomention we live 20 minutes away. Poor customer service. Paying for an item that we were denied to receive. One of our pizzas was all messed up. Wrong cut and basically thrown all over the box. This wasn't from the delivery driver as... the other pizzas we ordered were fine. Deliver driver was super polite and timely. Whoever cut and boxed this pizza should beretrained or fired. Read more
Pretty consistent, nice delivery drivers... Food is always very good for a "fast food of pizza" place
We always get carryout, and I use the pizza tracker on the website, so it?s pretty accurate about when the pizza will be ready.... We?ve had occasional minor issues, like forgetting a sauce, but overall it?s been a positive experience. The employees arealways friendly and helpful. It?s what you would expect of a Papa John?s. I?m in the rewards club, so about every other time weorder, we get free items, and it?s fun to try their new gimmicks. Read more
