Ive had a few mess ups from this location but they have always made it right. Papa Johns isnt what it used to be at all, but its... decent. I will say that the call center thing that they are doing now is a HORRIBLE DECISION! Rude people that you cantunderstand and they cant understand you either. Update!! Definitely got food poisoning from this place. Within 15 minutes of eating the pizza my stomach hurt. Each time I go to... the restroom tonight, and something comes out, I hope that it?s the last and I feel better. Chills, vomiting, and diarrhea allnight long, classic food poisoning. Warning to not eat from this place. I had one kind of pizza and my family had another, theyare fine. You are definitely better off to get pizza from somewhere else! Ordered pizza on a Sunday night, it said deliverybetween 49-59 minutes, took an hour and 20 minutes and the pizza wasn?t even hot. It?s not cheap pizza either. Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Papadia to go. Got to my destination and it was something else (chicken, cheese, ranch & onions; see... picture). Went back a couple hours later and they made a new (correct) one at no cost and without hesitation. Very impressed! Read more
I ordered at 8:22PM and the first time the order arrived, I watched the delivery driver get out of his car out of uniform, with... no mask on. His car did not have a topper on it stating he was from Papa John?s. Then I proceed to watch him get my box out andset it on the roof of his car and fiddle with it (opening it just general fidgeting) and then eventually bring it up. Uponarrival it takes him probably 5 minutes to just bring up to me. I call the store and ask for a remake as it was unsettling towatch all this admist a global pandemic and they said they would remake it and send it with a DIFFERENT driver. I wait anotherhour and 15 minutes and call back just to hear that it is JUST NOW being sent out again. Okay fine. Then I look out the windowten minutes later to see the same man in just a white t shirt and shorts piddling around getting my pizza out and just wastingtime. Again, no mask. I didn?t even eat the second one. My appetite was shot from being sent the same driver who is notfollowing CDC guidelines and just being disgusting in general. I make my third and final call for the night to a less thanpleasant manager ?Jimmy? who gives a refund and no apology or explanation as to why my request for a different driver wasignored after his gross behavior. I will not be back for a very long time. If I want Papa Johns I will call the Palomar CentreDr location in Lexington, KY. Edit: While I do want to leave what happened in my review, the manager named Amber did more thanever expected to make this right for me. She reached out and sent a heartfelt voicemail to me expressing concern and regret forwhat happened and remade my food and issued a refund. That is how you make a customer want to come back. 30min wait for breadsticks is so silly. Just have some ready for the public at primetimes. Wings at pizzahut was a 7 minute wait... by comparison. Read more
