I paid almost $30.00 for an extra large pizza. I requested extra sauce . I did not have extra sauce. They also gave me a thin... crust instead of the original crust like I requested. The chicken tasted almost expired and it also seemed like the dough wasexpired or extremely overcooked. Waste of $30. Hopefully I don't end up with food poisoning tomorrow Read more
Papa John?s on Richmond Road regularly does not get the order right. This time something simple as a 2 L that you paid for not... delivered. Management said that in order to get the proper order out it would take another 35 minutes or so and was veryuninterested in properly addressing to customer satisfaction and I about whether they wanted to help you or not. Beforeconclusion the individual or manager hung up the phone without so much is a goodbye. Will definitely take our businesselsewhere.
