My 1st time eating at Outback, It was okay.. The service was actually better, than the food, to be honest!. I ordered,... Steak&Ribs, Cooked well done, w/Baked pot. add Butter Chives/Salad, /No Crutons.. Side of Mac n cheese, and steamed veggies..NOW, Here's what I got, after a 42min drive home, cause I live out in the country!.. STEAK, NOT WELL DONE, PINK, (included apic),, CRUTONS WERE ON MY SALAD,, THE POTATO WAS NOT EVEN CUT, SO NO BUTTER, NO CHIVES,,, AND I GOT BROCCOLI, INSTEAD OFSTEAMED VEGGIES, (WHICH BROCCOLI IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE VEGGIE MIX).. It?s been a long time since my Wife & I have visited Outback (since 2004), and I have to say the atmosphere, the food, and the... service (Thank you again, Ms. Destiney) was outstanding in every way. The food is always great but the service is consistently horrible. The last few times we have went the service has gotten... progressively worse. The last time we sat for almost ten minutes before someone came and took our drink order. Read more
Got a gift card so I wanted to use it. First day food was excellent second day got the blooming onion chicken sandwich was very... greasy. Today I get a blooming Onion an it looks like it was over cooked or they need to change their oil in the fryer. Read more
This Outback location is fantastic. Service and Food are always amazing. We stop here several times a year on our travels... between family in Chicago area and our home in Knoxville area. We have never been disappointed. The consistency in excellentservice and excellent food is remarkable. Our go to place when on the road. Stop in, you won't be disappointed. This time wehad Dusty as our server and a table stop over by Larry checking to make sure all was good. Dusty is an excellent server. Read more
I had a great experience at this location. Our server Corey was very attentive and knowledgeable. Our food was served promptly... and exactly as ordered. The manager Chloe took her time to come over and personally check on our table. She even brought me asample of an item to help me decide if it would be something that I would enjoy. I highly recommend stopping in and allowingthem to give you a great dining experience. Read more
Experience was right there on the middle. We both had the top sirloin. Both were ordered as medium and both came out cooked... very differently. Additionally, the steaks were very salty. Service was good, but not great. They forgot to bring out theside dish my wife ordered, but made it right when mentioned (and that counts for something). Read more
