Person at drive thru window cursing out customers because they did not want a frappe but rather decaffeinated coffee. Absolutely... profane and explicit language in front of customers and children in the front lobby. Unexcusable. It was a short heavy set womanin a grey shirt at 8:45 am on 10/14/22. This place is ridiculous. Just a bunch of kids trying to run a business and they could care less about your order. I was... there today (drive thru), ordered two double cheeseburgers, one 6-piece McNugget and two different sauces. Paid for my orderand went to pickup window. The very young girl slung open the window and handed me a very small bag. I looked in the bag,told her I did not get my full order that I paid for (all I got was one double cheeseburger and one 6-piece McNugget and nosauces). She turned around and told another employee that I had a problem she could not fix. Another very young personcame to the window and rudely ask me what was my problem. I told her, handed my receipt and my small bag of food thru thewindow. Very shortly, she gave me back my bag with the other double cheeseburger, but no sauces . I ask her for my twosauces and she stated they are in the bag, I handed her the bag and politely ask her to find them. Of course she could not. I told her the two different types of sauces I wanted and don't you know, she threw in two other types of sauces. I ask herto fix it and she finally did and slammed the window shut. I will never ever go to this McDonald's again. You can't allowa bunch of kids to run such a high traffic store as this - where is management ? Read more
Worst McDonald's on the planet. Ordering kiosks say the order will be brought to the table. Found out by accident that "they... don't do that". Ordered tea and was given a cup, but the self-service beverage kiosk doesn't have tea. Took 10 minutes to getsomeone to get my tea, and then that employee got surly with me. Food was fine so two stars not one. There is anotherMcDonald's nearby at Winchester Road at I-75. Try that one instead. Read more
This use to be one of the best ones in Lexington. They had great service, and the food quality was great. Unfortunately notnow .... I stop in the evening shift. The window personnel were rude..they never even spoke...they took my money, never said one word andclosed the window. The food window was the same...just handed out the food and closed the window. The food was poor quality andwas cold on top of that, and service took too long. I use to stop here often but my last several stops have been this way. I candeal with rude staff but not poor quality food and it cold also. I hope you receive better. Read more
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ???????? if I could give zero stars I would this place is ridiculous they got nothing but kids working here... they not training them at all they are serving old & greasy fries the pattie meat to the burgers was extremely old you can seeit in the pictures my boyfriend had to go up there twice because the first time they forgot his 2 McDouble plus the fries wereold and hard so he went up there they gave him him 4 McDouble and 2 fries so he get home the fries were greasy and cold so heput them in the air fryer we open up the burgers and that’s what they look like in the pictures below so he took everythingback for a refund but that’s sad how they serve people that food like that Read more
This was the greatest McDonald’s experience I have ever had. Not only did they not get my order correct the first time, they... followed up on four different trips, consistently one at a time, with of each of the missing items and sauces. They even kindlyexplained that they had no idea what they needed even after being handed the receipt to provide a list of what the originalorder consisted of. If this doesn’t scream quality customer service, you may need a trip here to have what I consider to bethe benchmark all McDonald’s locations should follow. Please, if you’re in McDonald’s corporate and reading this, and youhave the power to, make sure the management and employees receive the raises they deserve. Read more
These people couldn’t bother to acknowledge our presence. We stood at the counter for five minutes while we watched five... different workers doing work, getting orders wrong, and generally leading us to believe that they would have preferred to haveus go through the drive thru. Due to our experience, we were not confident our order would have been completed competently (orquickly). Maybe try another McD’s nearby…this one was a disappointment. Read more
Well it should be first come first serve I was there I know 5 minutes before an door dash employee. No biggie but what I was... disturbed about is the disrespectful employee to the door dash worker . She was so loud . There just is no cause for that . Theemployees make their money from customers and the man was just doing his job . Someone needs to have a discussion with all theemployee and need to let them know this is not acceptable. It is doubtful I will return to this location. Read more
