Clean, mostly friendly, busy drive thru, sometimes slower than most McDonald?s, convenient to my job
Morning Staff is excellent. However, If you come here past 2pm expect to be unsatisfied. Order will be wrong/drinks wrong/fries... will be old. It's clear there is no real authority or leadership one morning shift leaves. When using the mobile app I paid formy order, the charge was on my credit card statement, yet the employee said I hadn't paid and refused to give me my food until Ipaid again. I ended up paying $12 for a $6 order...and treated like I was trying to scam or something. I contacted support andrequested a call back from the district manager...no call. Big surprise. Read more
SEVENTEEN MINUTES from when I pulled in to when I left and there was only one car in front of me. We ordered 3 happy meals with... zero specific instructions on our order. What a joke. Read more
I'm sad that there is not a place on here to put a minus sign behind a star. This is the worst McDonald's in Lexington by far in... my opinion. Not sure of the name but there is a manager that is on 2nd shift that is so nasty I wouldn't let my daughter take mygrandchildren in there. she came into town from Northern Ohio and everyone was hungry but I asked her to please take a fewmore minutes and drive to another one. I don't recall a time on the past 7 yrs that anyone in that store giving good customerservice. Read more
Food sloppily made. Unable to consume because of it being visually unappealing. A waste of time and money. (and I do enjoy ... McDonald's, which makes this so difficult).The added mayo was so much it came through the bag. At least the Drink which wasCoke/light ice was AMAZING. Read more
Probably my worst McDonald's experience. Came into the drive thru and it was empty. I pull Into the lane that the only person... just left. Sits there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I speak up and hear nothing. I look over and they are serving theperson behind me in the other lane. I goto the curb side spot since I'm being ignored. I place my order and wait...and wait.After a while I start looking at the reviews because I felt this was ridiculous. So I go and knock on the door and they justignore even turned their back. I had to attach the picture because I can't for the life of me understand how you could be sorude at a restaurant. So I get back into my car because after 15 minutes no one brought my mobile order so I go into the drivethru again. Now this time I tell them what I have been dealing with since after about 20 minutes this is the first person I wasable to speak to. So she doesn't help and says the manager is up there at the second window. I go to the next window and they'reacting like it's my fault. Even had the audacity to ask if it was the right McDonald's. I ask would you like to see the orderdetails? It has the address and what I ordered. She starts arguing with me and after another set amount of time they give me theorder that has been sitting there so you can only imagine my frustration. I'll never be returning to this McDonald's again in mylife. Should've read the other reviews first. Smh. This was worse than the McDonald's in Baltimore MD and I thought that wouldbe hard to top but when you just don't care you shouldn't be in the food service industry. Read more
I can deal with slow service and it won?t stop me from visiting a restaurant, especially McDonalds as I grew up on McDonalds but... sometimes customer service goes a long way. Read more
