Called in order for pickup. When I arrived they explained their computers were down and the order wasn?t ready. Employee who was... actively using his cell phone asked me for my order and said he would start on it. I watched him go straight to the back andstart working on my pizza crust. He did not wash his hands ???? after he was using his personal cell phone. I mentioned this tothe young man at the counter who went back to talk with the employee. One star for the guy at the counter being so friendly. It was our first time at this location. The Breadsticks and Pizza were... Dry! We ate 2-3 Cheesesticks and threw away Half of a Large Pepperoni Pizza. Disappointing! It was so DRY!!! Read more

My youngest son and I both have the flu and he hasn?t felt like eating much for the last three days. Today (12/3/22) he decided... that he would like pizza for dinner so I called the Clays Mill Mad Mushroom location and asked if they would be willing to docurbside instead of carry out so that we didn?t risk infecting others. The female manager (I didn?t catch her name) and staffwere incredibly helpful and kind and happily obliged. We are just very grateful to get out of the house, even just for a driveto pick up pizza.
