We placed an order with Little Caesars store on E New Circle Rd in Lexington KY. Firstly, the food was not fully cooked.... Secondly, it looked like they had thrown the ingredients into the oven one at a time creating some weird Frankenstein pizzastew. I?m sure the door dash driver didn?t help the situation much either because they went on some crazy detour as per usualthese days. The breadsticks were swimming in grease. Got the Facyroni and the garlic parm wings. This is my side of town spot and they always do a good job.

Great place good food although there was a associate outside I'm sure they were on break so can't be much be expected, but they... could have told me that the lobby was closed before I got all the way to the door. I called in an order so I wouldn?t have to wait. The guy on the phone said it would be 15 minutes. I got there after 20 mins and... they only had my pepperoni ready and they haven?t even started on my sausage pizza. After 40 mins altogether my pizzas areready. This isn?t the only time I?ve had to wait like this. You all need to get it together. I like Little Caesar?s Pizza, butthis is very inconvenient when this happens. Read more

Walked into the lobby before 11 (probably 10:50) as soon as we walked in we stood there for a couple minutes, also passed three... employees on the way inside the store.(None of them mentioned that the lobby was closed) The girl looked at two other employeeson the inside and said, ?I thought y?all locked the doors?!? Then she stated that the inside was closed and we had to go throughthe drive-thru. If the inside is closed after 11, there?s still no excuse for them to not do my order as we were inside before11, no note was posted, no store hours that said any different. If it?s only drive-through after a certain time, those timesshould be adjusted and reflected adjustments should be visible on their websites, google maps, clearly posted store hours andnotes on the door if necessary. The lady was rude! Trying to teach my children proper procedures and protocols in life, witheverything, but what?s the point when we followed and y?all didn?t?!
