Bad doesn?t even begin to describe it. Employees and caring on rather than tending to customers. Food came out cold, and items... were forgotten. Told me after I paid at drive thru that it would be 5 mins for crispy chicken. Asked me to pull up. 20 mins later I walked in.... They said they didn?t have crispy and they were rock paper scissor who would come tell me. Got a refund. This is second time in2 months no crispy chicken at this location. I am NEVER going to KFC. No pot pies again, got a famous bowl that had 3 small pieces of popcorn chicken that was stale, my buddy wanted 3 spicy tenders... that somehow came out to 9.00 dollars...will never come back to this location again, think it is poorly managed. The poor girlthat seemed to be the only one working the lunch rush obviously needs help, too bad management set her up for failure. Read more

Terrible service. Rude and very dismissive young lady at the counter. Another employee tried to fix the situation but we still... ended up short a piece of chicken and no gravey after we had to wait an additional 15 minutes because they were out of crispychicken AFTER we were told our order was ready from the app. Must do better KFC. Went to the KFC side. It?s understaffed and what employees were there just stood around mostly while I waited to order. The... place looked dirty were food is made with chicken on the floor and food everywhere that had been sitting out. The kids Zone isstill closed for Covid and the trash cans were overflowing. Don?t get lured in because of the play place! This place is very dirty the floors the bathrooms the playset absolutely... disgusting! The actual KFC them selves we?re out of five different sides which is just unheard of. The chicken tender smokymountain barbecue sauce was unevenly distributed and overall wasn?t worth it I wish I could get my $11.11 back! Definitely notcoming back. Time to go shower. Read more
Quick ordering and getting food. However, the tables were not clean, yet no customers eating in. I assume it is a staffing... problem. We used our own hand sanitizer and napkins to clean a table. Food was good and we would recommend, just bring yourown cleaning supplies. Read more
