Always a great experience. The manager Almeeca and her team rock. They are always nice and show that they care bout their... customers. I love this KFC in Tates Creek shopping center better then and in Lexington. I drive all the way across town to eathere and it's worth it. This is absoultly the worst KFC anywhere. They are ALWAYS out of everything. The 2 pieces of chicken we just got tonight were... unrecognizable. They were not much bigger than a golf ball. This happens a lot. NEVER AGAIN. Contacting corporate officetomorrow morning. Unbelievable. Just started to eat chicken. It ended up being the smallest wing that I have ever seen. But thebad part is, the meat inside was solid black, and bones were crushed. Called store, spoke to one of the most rude managers,that I have ever spoke to. Called corporate office. No return call. They must be use to complaints. Called restaurant. Spoketo the most rude managers, that I have ever spoke to. Called main office. Left message. No call back. This place is the worst..... Nasty manager. After giving us the wrong order, My husband was told if he didn't like the food... there's the door.... Place my order she input it wrong said they corrected it drove all the way home still wrong and the manager who won't give her... name despite being asked twice hangs up on you when you to get resolution nice restaurant not! Bought $40 worth of chicken and was told at the window each sauce I wanted was .41 cents but honey is free. Never again. Last... visit to KFC. All other locations are nasty and dirty and now this place wants to charge for sauces. Last time we came here theysaid they were out of chicken. Like what?! Out of chicken? Will not be a next time.
