The woman working the cash register gets the star. The other woman is why I'm writing the review. I just wanted loaves of bread.... The woman on the register was happy to oblige. The other woman was very upset by this, saying they didn't have enough to spare(several trays on the rack). I didn't know it was possible to rage-roll bread in paper, but she did just that, followed bythrowing/slamming each one onto the counter angrily. With clenched teeth she told the register woman to put them in a bag andnot to sell anymore loaves. I felt bad for the nice woman and quietly wished her good luck with the rest of her day, to beinterpreted however she saw fit (it was snowing like crazy and I figured it would be a slow day). Friendly service. Well-stuffed sub sandwiches plus "healthier" options (salads) for those not indulgent. Ordering procedure is... efficient. Four stars because I wish there were a way to heat the sandwiches like at Subway or Penn Station. If there is, theydidn't offer the option. Read more

I ordered food at 8:30 online. At 9:50, after not receiving the food, I called the Palomar Shop. They delivered to the wrong... address. I was charged over $31.00 and have no food. The shop said they couldnt do anything about it because they were closing.I get no refund. I get no food. I was asked to call the GM between 11:00 and 3:00 PM tomorrow. Read more
Super fast service, deliciously fresh as expected and of course JJ's has The Best bbq potato chips to ever be bagged. This... location's a little bit hidden in the shopping center, but you can't beat JJ's for fast, fresh flavor. Read more
If I order in person, my orders are fine. Food always arrives quick and the people are nice, food is yummy. BUT when I place an... online order and have it delivered, the majority of the time 1 or more items are missing from my sandwich. Wouldn't be a bigdeal if it was rare, but it is not. I don't know if it is high turn-over or not enough training, but I'm less and less inclinedto order from this location, even though it is convenient. I've reported it a time or two, but this is getting to be toofrequent for my taste. I don't want credit towards another sandwich, it too likely to be made and delivered wrong, I just wantthe sandwich I ordered. Like yesterday, totally forgot to add my peppers. On the receipt, but no peppers to be found. But I'vealso had a sandwich delivered before without half of the stuff which normally comes with a number 12 (even though my receiptclearly stated not to exclude the items which were missing). I hate to give a poor score, but I'm not really sure what else todo other than suggest if you order, do it in person for this location. Update - below is a sandwich I received today(10102019). It too was missing pieces and parts and, honestly, looks pretty sad to me. I called to let the manager know thecondition of the food but declined the offer for a sandwich credit. Had a poor customer service experience around lunch at this location today. They were having a hard time getting orders filled /... they were swamped and some customers were being jerks but some of the employees really crunched under the pressure and weren'thandling themselves well. I would recommend not ordering food here if there are lines when you arrive. Read more
For $10 it wasn't bad. It filled me up. The service was like nobody wanted to be there. I love Jimmy John's just mediocre... experience. Also, The Beach club I thought was supposed to have guacamole or avocado or something on there and it wasn't onthere. It tasted more like a BLT instead of a beach club. No big deal though Read more
