I wish I could give 1 star. I called the store because I thought it was taking longer than normal, and they confirmed the order... was in and went through on my end. I proceeded to follow my order status on the ap which said ?on the way? and then ?delivered?which neither appeared to happen. I was still chafed for my order and the store was closed so I was never able to talk toanyone. By that time no other restaurants were open to get any food and of course I couldn?t speak to anyone at the Jimmy John?srestaurant. Read more

Freaky Fast? More like Freaky slow. It took 40 mins to get my food. They keep getting slower and slower at this location.
I love that they do lettuce wraps. It's something about that fresh crunch that I LOVE! They are always fresh and put more meat... in their sandwiches than subway. Although I have noticed they are cutting back. Likely because the cost everything has risenso terribly. Read more
I think the elites who control the definitions of terminology need to revisit the meaning of ?freaky fast?. I have been ordering... almost weekly from JJs and cannot recall a delivery time that would even be a stretch for ?freaky fast?. Honestly it?s justdisappointing when you see such an established food company who prides themselves on their ?fast? delivery, when they can?t evenget an order out the door in less than an hour..I finally had enough of their sluggishness and will no longer be a customeranywhere, unless I have a plethora of time to wait around in the dark for an update on where the food I paid for is. You don't have to be nice but please get my food right. This place has went from 10-0. Horrible service the food not prepared... properly...missing toppings. Sad but I don't think the manager even tried to call me back. I usually order online but I was outso I drove. I was told 30min wait on bread. I been going here for 5yr, so no problem. I did tell them that my last order waswrong and asked them to please just make it right. 50mins for a sandwich, get home and my order was wrong. It seems like they betrying to close the store too early that's why your sandwich don't have all the regular toppings. No need to say anything backcause at this point I could never eat there again I can't trust that my food won't be tampered with. Yes those the type ofpeople working there now. Really it was last 3 orders because the Caesar wrap that they prepared for my husband was throwntogether missing toppings and dry. Nothing like the first ones. That's our hard earned money and you rushing to get home so myfood isn't prepared properly. And just think about how many people suffer that don't write comments... The only thing correct about my order was the chips i got. Ordered a lemonade, got a sprite. Ordered a sub, got a sandwich. When... i called after receiving my order 40 minutes after putting it in, i got nothing but attitude from the manager. Go to anotherlocation, or another restaurant.
