A simple mistake of forgetting to put no tomatoes when ordering a sandwich has put a bad taste in my mouth, literally and... figuratively. We asked them to remake the sandwich but they refused. I will think twice about ordering a meal in this location.God forbid you ask them to remake something. Read more
If I could give a 1/8 of a star I would. This store is a joke. I have ordered and or tried to order from them multiple times.... And they always seem to have a excuse of why they can?t deliver or like tonight I called from multiple phones multiple times andevery time someone would pickup and immediately say I can?t hear you hello and hang up. Do not call this store and I hate it forthose of us that like jimmy John?s because we can?t order from another store the company policy will not allow it which makes nosense. I?m sure with this customer service happing so often they want have a store on Waller for very long. And maybe then I?llbe able to order from a location that will answer the phone all the other locations in town will answer the phone they just arenot allowed to take your order. Read more

It literally took an hour to receive my order that?s right across the street from my work. I work in a hospital so I don?t have... time to keep checking and calling for my order. Not sure what happened but the delivery was not freaky fast! Read more
It's a good thing the employees don't install elevators or work with heavy machinery. I have never in my life seen a place that... messes up things as frequently as they do. Every time I order I think I must have left something off my sandwich but it isalways on the receipt. (For example my extra sprouts has been NO sprouts, or my no tomato still has them all over it.) I knowthat sometimes people get busy but if I am paying almost $10 for an "unwich" and some chips I do expect accuracy... Make sureyou do their job and check the order before they run away as 9/10 times the orders are not complete or accurate. (They don'thang around as soon as your bag is out of their hand.) Pretty sure my 11 year old niece could follow directions better than theypay attention to orders, and at least she is friendly. PS be careful ordering drinks as their driver HAS asked my coworker totry one of the drinks to make sure it was hers... it wasn't. He still took it with him to the next delivery and I doubt it wasto throw away. If I could give no stars I would. I wish we could order from the Nicholasville Rd location but even though it iscloser to us we are not in their delivery area. We keep giving them chances and they keep screwing the pooch. Read more
Drove through right before visiting family at St. Joe. Fast good food done however you want it. Good stuff!
