Freaky bad! Placed a catering order online for son's birthday. Received a frantic call that we had to cancel because they were... out of bread. In the process of trying to figure it out the manager hung up on me 4 times, cussed me out, and threatened to callthe cops. I was not being combative but even if I was, his behavior was unacceptable. I am not sure what is going on in thispoor man's life but you might want to give him a vacation day and send him to customer service training. Already contactedcorporate but complaints go directly to the owner/manager of the store. Don't waste your time at the Redding Road location. Read more

Waited nearly an hour for food that never came. Employees told me to check my camera as if I were lying about not receiving... food. Told them on the phone that I had an Amazon package on the front porch, no food. Employee on phone asked driver aboutAmazon package. Driver tried to say they delivered at the same time as Amazon, which was an outright lie. Amazon delivered 1.5hours before the order was placed as is evidenced by the video captured by my Ring camera with time stamp. Would give zero starsif I could. Read more
This Jimmy Johns was great when it opened, unfortunately their current staff is extremely unprofessional, just hanging out,... goofing around messing up simple orders. I sat in the drive through for like 6 minutes watching the workers acting likechildren. Last time ever going to this location. They kinda made me feel like I was interrupting their flirt session. Product quality was good. Drive thru didn't feel freaky fast, only saw one other car. Got left on hold for about 45-60 seconds... at the menu, and the crew was not moving with a quickness during my 45 seconds at the window. Parking lot was packed withdelivery drivers, dine in unavailable. Read more
I place an order for delivery, an hour and a half later it hadn?t been delivered. I called the store and the person who answered... said the driver had ?just left? and the store had been ? really busy?. Another hour and a half later, still no food. I callagain and to talk to a manager and he tells me there?s nothing he can do. What a waste of time and money. Read more
