Freaky bad! Placed a catering order online for son's birthday. Received a frantic call that we had to cancel because they were... out of bread. In the process of trying to figure it out the manager hung up on me 4 times, cussed me out, and threatened to callthe cops. I was not being combative but even if I was, his behavior was unacceptable. I am not sure what is going on in thispoor man's life but you might want to give him a vacation day and send him to customer service training. Wish they would get the equipment so they warm the meat up. Their French bread is to thick to eat with someone who has no teeth.... Also would love to have the option of creating your own sub and adding whatever you want to it. Read more
