My last two orders have been wrong and it's very disappointing when you spend good money forsomething and you get home (or it's delivered) and it's wrong. Wonderful experience!! I asked for no bread. They rolled the meat and cheese into pinwheels, set on bed of lettuce. So far above... the pile of mess I usually end up with at most places. Thank you! Was as yummy as it was appealing ???? Read more

Devin needs serious class on management, we eat a Jersey Mikes in Lexington Ky at least twice a week , normally at Richmond Rd ,... but when we order on line it comes from this store. When I called with my concerns , he said the other stores don?t followpolicy , very classy, then he said he made the sandwich and then wasn?t certain . I guess door dash took the meat off , he saidTony was the owner but didn?t know his number. If this guy is a manager making sandwiches like this he needs to go back tosandwich boot camp . This particular location left me disappointed. Other locations are fast, friendly and celiac aware. Thus location wasn't very... clean but it was after the church lunch crowd. When I ordered I stated I have celiac and needed care with my order. After almost10 minutes I finally got my salad. It was prepared off the main line but no one seemed to care so I won't be going back. Myhusband said his sub was good. Read more
