We're new to Lexington. Tried this place for carry out last night. Staff was awesome and super friendly but the food is... horrible. Seriously bad. We spent $80 with a generous tip for 2 entrees, one soup, and 4 egg rolls. No where close to the foodquality we expected. Read more

-Okay food, okay price, and just okay. -Improvement needed: waiting time seems to be a problem or if you can correctly give the... customer the time, people can better plan. It's better to give customer a choice, and keeping promised time is important, evenif it takes longer giving accurate time is important, so that they can do other stuff before it's ready. Another thing to haveis the one or two real authentic or most popular items indicated. You have too many manu items that you cannot handle havingshort staff. Having only a few best item is better than 20 items that taste the same. I recommend having 5-10 items only thatyou can make it fast and taste good. Repeat order is the way to go. You need to have top 2 signature dishes, or even 1 is okay, hopefully that is what most popular dish people want in the area. And need to be able to make it quick. Have the ingrients readyimmediately. Gotta be faster than home cooking and taste better than home cooking. That's the reason we dine out. Read more

2 stars only because food came out decently quick, and because we had a nice child server who reminded me of when I had to work... at my parents restaurant. Food was edible. I was really expecting more but as a Vietnamese the Pho was very lacking. My wife gotthe pho dac biet but the broth was off and the meat while ok was very sparse and no meatballs?what the pho!?. The pad Thai Iwas able to eat, but maybe just not my style. I wanted to like the place because I truly understand the struggle but it justdidn?t hit the mark for me. Read more

I placed my order of 3 items and waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes after being told it would only take 30. I don?t mind waiting,... but over an hour is uncalled for. If I would have been told an honest time frame, I would have gone elsewhere and not had mychildren waiting for food until after 9pm. Won?t ever return. Read more

The only reason I can think of people eating the food from here is because they've never had genuine authentic Thai food. After... living in Thailand for a brief time, we now make an aim to try out different Thai restaurants in the area. We love Thai cuisineand culture. This was hands down the worst Thai food I've had in the United States. The Pad Thai was NOTHING like authentic PadThai. It was bright yellow and tasted like dirty water. The Pad See Ew was weird, to say the least. The Basil Chicken Fried Ricehad zero basil or basil flavor in it. The fried wontons were mediocre. Every dish was coated with massive amounts of oil (andI'm someone who likes cooking oil). Everything lacked flavor. On the bright side, the people who work here are very nice. Theyapologized for my experience and refunded me.The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of their kindness. I know I hurtthe owner's feelings and I'm sorry for that but the fact remains...this is NOT quality, authentic, nor delicious, Thai food. Goto Nat's instead.
