IHOP is IHOP. Some of the best "fast" breakfast food. The crepes here are probably their best item, pancakes coming in 2nd.... People complain about a wait, but if there's a wait, that means their food is good. Wait staff was pleasant and the kitchen wasfully staffed. Read more
Horrible, it was my 8 year and myself and another family of 3 in the restaurant. The other family kept calling for the server,... she even opened the kitchen door to see if she found anyone and there was no one to be found, outside smoking is what the otherolder man said. 10 min later after the older lady stopped calling for someone, the server showed up and helped them then Iraised my hand to get her attention and I asked her, "does my food look right? I only got 1 French toast", she said well youordered the combo, but actually no I didn't u offered and if I would have known I was only getting 1 French toast I wouldn't ofagreed to get it. She proceeded to the kitchen talking to someone about me. My daughter was shocked, she came back out and justkept rolling her eyes at my daughter. ???? When I was done i got up, paid on the app, said have a good night and nothing. Shesaid nothing to me. Rebecca is the most rudest person I have ever seen at this location and I've been going there since2018. Beth was easily the best waitress I?ve ever had. Her and the cook kept the doors open late to let a huge group of boys in and... didn?t complain once. The service was impressively fast and great quality. Couldn?t have been better. Read more
Service was incredibly slow. While the restaurant wasn't even 1/4 full. The hostess seated a couple who was in front of us, she... then went into kitchen area and didn't come out. After 13 minutes more of standing around a waitress sat us. The atmosphere inthe place was depressing it felt off my companion felt it and wanted to leave, but we stayed. I ordered breakfast combo, bacon,2 eggs over medium hash-browns and 2 banana strawberry pancakes. Bacon was really dry parts were burned I almost choked it wasso dry. Eggs were over cooked. Pancakes were great although strawberries were frozen and mushy, but had good flavor. They'reobviously understaffed, but cook could have done a better job. It wasn't busy. The waitress was very pleasant and efficient. Weleft a 20% tip. I do love IHOP haven't been to 1 in 13 years. I was hoping they still had stuffed French toast. Chicken tenders breakfast - real chicken pieces. Blueberry pancakes - buttermilk pancakes with real blueberries in sauce plus... whipped cream on top. Excellent service in spite of being short staffed. Will return when in the area during breakfast. Read more
Non professional. Very undercooked food couldn't be eaten. Didn't receive items ordered but they were on the bill. Took forever... to cash out in order to leave. Very disappointed. Pictures are not of non cooked egg whites. Read more
The waitress at this Ihop needs to be recognized for her hospitality. We thought they were open until 12am, which is what... online said but they closed at 10 due to being short staffed. When we realized this we was apologetic an was going to leave. Wewere actually insisting on it since I work in a restaurant an understand. Maddy (our server) insisted we didn't need to thatthey were still doin close up. The friendliness of this young woman isn't a very common and it was much appreciated. It was the worst food I've eaten. The hash browns tasted like old grease and were very greasy. My husband's omelet was flat with... not much in it and the eggs tasted like they came from a box. Never eating there again. The server was great though. That wasthe only good thing about my visit. Read more
