I've been going to Happy China since I've moved to Lexington in 2020 and I've never had a disappointing experience. Their... customer service is lovely, the food is always so good and smoking hot even when I make it home ( I live 15 minutes away) anddon't get me started on the sweet donuts..I always order extra. They've recently started putting 2023 calendars in their ordersand it was so cute and elegant. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I Ben ordered for thiss place for 5 years and more I always get delivered I tip good the driver. Today the send me wrong... ordered I call 10 times not answer on my phone I call from my wife phone the answer right away. I toll them. The ordered iswrong. The toll me u ordered like that I Ben ordered same food for 5 years really disappointed on them. I use to love thissplace now I hate it. I will never ordered there anything anymore. Always hot and fresh. My favorite chinese place. They are over 5 miles away from my house and the food still arrives fresh. No... matter what I get its good. Ordered from here bc reviews say it had the best dumplings. The filling was cooked, but the shell was still raw. Ordered the... chicken low mein bc it showed as the #3 choice of door dasher orders. It was incredibly salty. I couldnt make it past half abowl. I can still feel the immense saltiness. The chicken on a stick was ok. The tastiest and best cooked part were the freechinese donuts. Free. Donuts. Skip the donuts and just cook the food well. Smh This was the first Chinese restaurant I've triedsince moving to the area. I would say it was one of my worst Chinese food orders in the past 20 years. Save on the high bloodpressure and dont order from this raw salt lick. Its listed as a “reliable kitchen” on door dash and that likely only hasto do with the time estimates being accurate. I cant figure out a way to leave zero stars so thats why I gave it 1 star.
