This is the place to go at any time! Awesome pizza. The slices are huge and most of the time, one slice would fill you... up. Convenient location to all surrounding clubs. Always a must go after spending times at the clubs. I like how they make thePizza in front of you and they always have multiple choices of tasty pizza. A must go! Read more

Absolutely excellent! Pizzas are New York style. The Extra Large pizza is way bigger than what you’d get from a large chain,... so it may be tough to fit the box in your fridge. I would venture to say that this is some of the very best pizza I’ve had inthe state of KY. A must visit if you’re in the Lexington area. Read more

Decent value for the money. $4 for a huge slice. Bread sticks were good. Only complaint was that the pizza was cold when we got... it. Could have used a quick few seconds in the oven. Read more

My wife and I dropped into Lexington for a short visit. Our first night was during Lexington's "Thursday Night Live" on a... closed-off down-town street with live music and food trucks. What do we see? Folks everywhere with Goodfellas Pizza boxes, eating and listening to the music. Told my wife, "I want that for dinner tomorrow." Next day we walked to their location. There is limited seating outside, just a couple of tables, but most everyone gets it by the slice to go. (I also noticedGoodfellas makes their own crust.) We ordered a 16" pizza. We were told, "about 25 minutes" so I set the timer on my iPhone, found a nearby bar, the Rosebud, and waited it out. (Downtown Lex is nice like that, plenty of bars). Picked up our pizza, hotand fresh, walked it to our nearby Airbnb and had some great New York style pie. Man it was good, with plenty leftover forbreakfast the next morning. If you want pizza in the Lex, this is the place to get it. Read more

The ideal place to eat if you’re drinking on or across the street. We came over from the Rosebud Bar at the bartender’s rec.... The pizza isn’t anything special, but it’s tasty nonetheless and definitely hits the spot when you’re drunk. They sell itby the (very large) slice if you don’t want a whole pie, and the small pies are easily enough for two. I went three times overthe course of one night, and each order (Pesto Bread, small Wiseguy, small Pepperoni & Sausage) took 15 minutes. They had asurprising amount of traffic for a Monday - looks to be a locals spot. Very limited seating - two small tables outside, maybethree people’s worth of standing space inside - but the bars on the street that didn’t sell food were A-OK (encouraging, even) with patrons bringing it back to them to eat with a drink. Young, friendly staff, solid time estimations, fair pricing. Read more

Good variety of thin crust pizza. Great ambience in old mill. Lots of well spaced seating including balconies and outdoor... seating along a creek with umbrellas for shade. Well stocked bar with lots of locally made liquor. I occasionally like whiskeyand bourbon drinks but am not well versed in them. The bartender organized a flight of bourbon for me to taste. There's anextensive list to choose from. He also makes some great cocktails, including one with custom-made pickled watermelon rind that'svery tasty for use in smoke on melon cocktail. I spent 2 hours there and never felt rushed. The business was obviously popularwith locals for lunch. Lunch special was $8. Bourbon flight tasting was $24 for 4 items but prices vary depending onchoices. When you visit the distillery district, be aware that many of the businesses are closed Monday's, so check the hours. On Monday, only the coffee shop, ice cream store, furniture store, a brewery, and Goodfellas were open.
