Reviews for First Watch in Lexington, KY
First time stopping in. I had the Morning Market Veg Omelet and with the recommendation of our waitress, switched the salad to... the potatoes. Definitely recommend the switch! Very tasty! Read more
The coffee is delicious but that's it. The packaged creams on the table do nothing for me. Wild eggs brings fresh cream. I... ordered an Italian omelet which comes with potatoes "by request." The omelet was just okay. The potatoes were mushy and stillsomewhat tough on the inside. Wendy's has better seasoned potatoes. The toast was average at best. I thought the meal came witha side salad which I asked for and was then charged for. I would not pay for some mixed greens with a splash of dressing. Theservice was poor. My waitress was inattentive, did not bring me my food, and did not ever check in after the food was brought tomy table. She dropped the check and was not seen again. Many were huddled around the hostess stand. Not impressed and I willnever go back. Read more
Great breakfast spot we Googled while heading back north from a camping trip. Everything was freshly made and delicious. Service... friendly and prompt. We all had a variety of different breakfast items and not one single thing disappointed. If we are ever inthe area again on another excursion, we'll definitely make it a point to stop in and eat! I travel a lot so when I see a First Watch in the area I usually pick here first first breakfast. This was one of those times. I... ordered online but I am usually leery because of my gluten allergy anywhere. Not the case here the easy of the app and havingdedicated food like the power breakfast bowl with adding notes I can rest assured I'm not going to have an reaction. This orderwas no problem and I loved the portions they were large. I think I got more than I do when I eat at the restaurants. Score forme! Do I recommend this restaurant and location absolutely! Thank you for the experience and good delicious quality food. Read more
This place is a little bit hard to find, around the other end of the parking lot and the front faces the street. But it's worth... finding. Clean and fresh. Friendly, smiling staff. A great healthy menu gives you lots of choices for breakfast or lunch. I justwish they were open later than 2:30 pm. Today I had the lemon ricotta pancake. The lemon curd tasted like lemon pie...yum! Thericotta added moisture to the pancake, I didn't even need to put syrup on it. The booths are roomy. Read more
Food and atmosphere is excellent! It's a tad pricey (about $5 for a side of regular bacon; $3.50 for a glass of milk) for the... portions. Don't get me wrong, the portions are adequate and the food is delicious. All of the staff were friendly andpersonable. Our server Micaela was really nice as well. Had the farmhouse hash skillet and it was pretty bomb. We'll definitelygo back. Read more
