Came in with my family and my in-laws, placed our orders and paid. Food came out reasonable time initially but there was a... mistake on one sandwich, it was suppose to be a bowl no bread. After 20 minute wait and watching multiple orders go out we askedabout our food. The counter guy said it coming shortly. My wife explained what we saw. The guy behind the counter told my wifeto 'chill and other people had to get their food'. Never again eat here just because of that type of disrespect andservice... Friendly staff is the only reason for a second star. The bread our standard catering package came on had to have been at least a... week old, easily the worst bread I've ever been served anywhere. Seems as though the pack had been made many days before, andthey simply cut the very old sandwiches with the wrappers on before serving them "fresh." Ended up calling customer service and the customer... service rep tried for about 10 minutes and couldn't get anyone either. I'm sure their sandwiches are good, but if you need tocall them, DON'T.
