This is a go to for quick Italian food. The quality is good for what you pay. Never ending bread sticks is also a plus.

They sure don't make Fazoli's like they used to. They hike up the price and give you less food. I spent about $45 on dinner for... me and my 5 kids. We were visiting from out of town and I took them to Fazoli's in an effort to get them out for a little whileand have a special treat. What a mistake. Having moved to Arizona I hadn't eaten Fazoli's in a long time. I couldn't haveimagined how bad they had gotten. My family who still lived in the area were like, "what did you expect?" Oh well. This store in Hamburg, Lexington, KY has sadly went down hill. They now have someone from India taking your order at the drive... thru. Employees don't double check your order or food. I've been twice in 2 weeks and my order has been wrong twice. Noapologies or remorse, just disgruntled looks like it's my fault they messed up... there inconvenienced. I work hard for my moneyand correct orders once you've confirmed everything, should be a must. I don't plan on visiting this location in Hamburg anylonger. Read more
I went to location 1785 and Dot was amazing!! She really did a phenomenal job! My only concern is how sweet the breadsticks have... become. However that is not her fault but she was very understanding and helpful! Read more
