We stumbled upon this place as a couple of out-of-towners fresh off the highway, on our way to pick up a top-go order we called... into the pizza place next door. It was the pleasantest of surprises. ???? It was all too good to walk away from empty-handed, sowe made sure to grab a couple shirts, glassware, and crowlers. Staff was a delight and beer was (obv) delicious. (Oh, and,they're super cool about food being brought in. Though, we did just miss a guy setting up some sweet pop-up eats. So maybe callahead of you're hungry?) I just cracked my crowler to sign off the weekend and it's just as good as I remember. ???? Nothinglike repping out-of-state breweries here in central Illinois! Such a cool brewery with a wonderful outdoor patio/ deck that overlooks the river. They had a coconut brown ale that was amazing... and the bartender was so friendly! The location has a renovated/ trendy warehouse vibe. They're right next to a huge distilleryand share a parking lot with various other shops/ restaurants including an ice cream shop and a cidery. The only negative aspectI encountered was the limited parking situation. Although I know it isn't Ethereals fault at all. This comes with sharing a lotwith various other establishments. I got lucky and got a spot as someone was pulling out but I did notice when I was leavingthat there's a second lot on the backside of the parking lot (with a building in between). I can't wait to bring my friends herewhen they're in KY visiting! Read more
