When I ordered at the drive thru today, the man literally ARGUED with me because I asked for a large toasted white mocha iced... latte. I guess it triggered him that I said mocha instead of chocolate because he proceeded to tell me that it?s a toasted whitechocolate and that is two different flavors and I don?t know what I?m talking about. I said ?honey you knew what I meant it?sthe same thing? then he gave me an iced coffee instead of an iced latte? clearly incompetent. That is what I get for trying tobe cheap. I've tried multiple times to give this particular Dunkin a chance, not all are like this, but their service is awful. Orders... wrong consistently, stale at times, Avocado "Toast" not even toasted ask to be extra toasted one comes out toasted the otherisn't (ordered 2 ) Rude if you check the order and send it back. One young girl cursed, snatched order out of my hand and threwit .. always something at this store and the Owner/Manager needs to get it together. Read more
Hit or a miss. Mostly a miss. They're never consistent. My last latte was just a full cup of hot milk. Zero coffee in the cup.

I have seriously never had a better delivery experience from a restaurant. The way everything was packaged and handled and still... hot upon delivery truly changed my expectations on delivery. Thank you Dunkin Donuts for stepping up the delivery game! Read more
Saddest doughnuts I?ve ever seen. I got them through the drive through, and probably would not have taken them if I saw before... hand. Also when going through the drive through, the guy was not paying any attention (they were not busy) I had to repeat myorder because he ?spaced out? and didn?t get it. I've visited a few times since they started. It gets better every time. At first, it was really slow. It has gotten better.... Employees are always upbeat and always smile. They always greet you and each visit seems to be getting quicker and quicker.Atmosphere is laid back, positive, and employees do hustle. The slowest part I the order process are the customers who don'tknow what donuts they like. As for the review earlier where the customer had an old/cold donut, that has not been my experienceever. We stopped in during a road trip and even though their dining area was closed they let my husband, 4 kids and myself eat inside.... They were all super friendly and had amazing hospitality. Very welcoming and great coffee/food. Read more
