Arrived 5 min before estimated done time, drove home about 5 min. Open as some as I got there, product was cold and cheese hard... as a rock floating in a pool of pizza sauce and a cold soggy bun.I gave them one last time because of ease of location and againmore than 5 different occasions the product was not eatable. I ordered a pizza for Father?s Day to celebrate with my dad and they got it wrong even after clarifying it with them three times... while ordering. Then when I called in it took 10 minutes before a manager came to the phone and he didn?t even apologize for themistake. Read more

I actually used to love Donatos Pizza. So much I was pregnant 17 years ago and for a deco d job there just to be able to afford... to eat it every day. The last time we ordered it just wasn't as good as it used to be. Not impressed at all. Read more
My girlfriend ordered us a pizza and desert and was given a delivery time of 30 minutes. 50 minutes later I called and the guy... who answered the phone could not have cared less. Said the driver left 17 minutes ago with 4 orders but should be here soon.That?s it. Here I am 40 minutes after the estimated delivery time and it still hasn?t arrived. Good job donatos. Read more
