Fun little restaurant, character rich staff, very clean, and the food is perfect!
Online Ordered car side pickup, came to get my order when it said it was ready, they never brought it to my car. Went inside to... see where my order was, they couldn?t find it. Took a while to attend me and the customer service was terrible. No greeting orproper communication. The lady started making another pizza without saying anything to me. She didn?t even have gloves on. Hadto wait a while for the new pizza. Such a terrible experience. FYI there are some Staff at this store that smoke and don?tbother to wash their hands once done smoking. Seen them go inside after smoking and straight up touch people?s food and don?teven bother to wear gloves. Very unsanitary!!! Will never order from here!! We ordered $46 worth of pizza and gave a delivery address and they charged my card (card notifies me). When the pizza was ready... the delivery driver called and said the location was outside of the delivery area and ?if we tipped good he would stilldeliver?. This sounded sketchy so I pushed back and Brian handed the phone to a manager who said all sorts of things heshouldn?t have said about me talking over him and calling me bro. I did tell him we aren?t bro?s and don?t be disrespectful. Hesaid some more things and hung up after he said he cancelled my order because they don?t deliver to our area. Here?s the funnypart - he called back 3 min later and apologized because they do deliver here and so he was going to give our order for free (Ihaven?t seen the credit on my card yet). I got a deep dish and cheese bread. Cheese bread was great. Pizza was cooked well except my spinach was burnt in spots.
