Sorriest pizza place in Lexington, First off never got a delivery order from this location, had to cancel. Then a week later I... thought I?ll give them another chance so I did a carry out order, After placing order I waited 30 minutes before I arrived tothe store, when I got there said it would be 5 more minutes or so, 45 minutes later, I asked what was going on and they stillhadn?t made anything for me, I then ask for a refund. This is the worst pizza place in town, will never order from them again. Read more
Placed an order at 4:49 PM on 11/22/22. Delivery time 50-60 minutes. Okay. Called the store at 6:04 PM because order had not... been delivered. Employee was nice and said they were running late. Okay. So it?s 6:48 PM, still no order. Call the store andspeak with same employee who said there had been an accident on the roadway and some roads were blocked. Okay. I?ve lived inLexington long enough to know there are other routes a driver could take. 7:30 PM, I call store to ask about my order, differentemployee answered and said there had been an accident and I informed the employee that wasn?t my problem and she screamed in myear, ?it?s not my problem either? and slammed the phone down. I was going to ask for a refund, because let?s face it after twoand half hours my order would not be worth eating. I?ve ordered from this location for years and the only reason I ordered todaywas because of the email, ?This order was not what we hoped for and let us make it up to,? which I had received from a previousorder that wasn?t satisfactory. Tonight, I also received another one those emails. Go figure. It?s going on 8 PM now and I?venever been SO dissatisfied with Dominos Pizza EVER!! Needless, to say, avoid this location. I will NEVER order from DominosPizza again and if you?re smart, you won?t either. Oh and by the way, still didn?t get my order as of now 8:01 PM. I amdefinitely going to DEMAND a refund! ***Update*** Called Dominos back at 8:35 PM and asked to speak with the manager about arefund. Was not a good experience at all. The pizza was cold and the crust was burnt????the breadsticks were fresh but not hot and the... chicken wings were cold and disgusting. I waited for almost 2 hours for the delivery and it was not worth the time or money. Icould've spent my money on a nice sit down meal somewhere for the price I paid and time spent. Dominos in Hemsdale pl was touching all of the toppings with their bare hands. Not only after touching their hair and a bunch of... other items they continued to touch every topping with their bare hands. When asked about it they said ?we aren?t required towear gloves.? This is disgusting Read more
