Made an online order on 7/24. Hours show 11am - 9pm. I scheduled for pick up at 12pm. I arrived and no one was there. The lights... were off and the door was chained and pad locked. Will be coming in to get a refund soon. Read more
Got a food delivery through uber eats here n manager didnt have any kind of gloves on handling foos n other employees did plus i... saw where he opened up a customers bag n in the resturaunt business uour not unless ya have gloves on i noticed it becusse iused to work at a Resturaunt washing dishes n bissn tables plus also he had the wrong order but still n got it corrected n theyfixed it but still very unprofessional about his job woth no gloves n he was a tad bit rude i even told my customer that inperson who got his food from me as the foid delivery driver n met the guy outside i wouldnt eat here i eat pulled chicken anywayno pork for me n no im not a muslim of any kind i just perfer that! I would give this place a 0 stars but it won?t let me. The food was SO SALTY! We couldn?t even eat half of it! Pulled THREE long... hairs out of my food and I have very short red hair and these was black long hairs. Food was cold, and bread was hard as a rock!Tried calling and the manager said ?I?ll call you back in a second?. Lol never happened. Wouldn?t even give me the time to talkjust kept sayin ?talk later? and hung up. Was a absolute horrible experience Who ever owns the company now that was working today 10/26/2022. According to menu the meal I... had picked was 12.50, both my wife and myself ordered same thing. When getting to counter to pay for our meal owner tried tocharged us 30 dollars per person 60 dollars for something on the menu that was 12.50 a meal when asked why he who is a foreignerstated prices had changed. He would not make it right but honoring menu prices. I will never go back and will make sureLexington ky knows not to go there too.
