pathetic. made phone order, waited while at least 5 doordashers got their orders. 20 minutes past my orders declared ready time... I got asked what I was waiting on. I already paid. They brought me my food and when I got home this is what the beans lookedlike. No napkins, no utensils. It's unclear to me how you can give so little refried beans that they dry up this much, but I'llsay this: Well managed places don't function as poorly as what I saw tonight. Second time trying one of the locations of this chain. Experience was even better here that the last. We had the chicka chicka... boom boom enchiladas and they were very good. Service is really what earned the 5 stars with a waiter that was super on top ofeverything and accommodating of requests. Oh and really enjoy all the random photos and unique decor. Read more

Chuy's really wasn't my first thought when deciding on a Mexican style restaurant. However, with this in the back of my mind as... I took that first bite; my expectations were shattered. This places chicken is authentic to the American Mexican cuisine and Ienjoyed every bite of the large platter served. Read more
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Lex. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always... satisfied. Servers and hosts are also great and most of them are efficient, happy and polite besides a select few. Can?t waitto return and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat. I love eating here, so I may be biased. I always have friendly servers when I dine in, and my food is always correct if I get it... to go. To go is slower (usually) and I wait a little longer than I'd like but the food is consistently good. I like the salsaand the free creamy jalapeño sauce, I pour them on everything. They are busy on weekends and nights but off times the foodcomes out super quick and fresh. Read more
Chuy?s has delicious food, great service, and nice atmosphere. We had lunch with some of our coworkers (realtors) recently and... everyone enjoyed themselves and the food, etc. The creamy jalapeño sauce for the chips and the panchos (like nachos butbetter) were my favorites! Always one of my favs, always get your moneys worth here. Doesnt matter which location in Hamburg or on Nich rd I personally... have never had an issue. They start you with the housemade nachos w 2 diff salsas...ohhh that jalapeño ranch is so good I putit on my food as well.
