My experience with Chipotle was not great , im not sure if it's due to them being so busy or short staffed or if it's usually... like this. There was only one person making food for a line of what looked like 30 people out the door. They didn't have somefood that I ordered, plus they made my order wrong. Food was good but their atmosphere was bad. No issues with employee interactions. The issue was that they seemed terribly... understaffed to the point where all of their trash cans were overflowing. When I finished my meal I just sat it above the trashcan cause I wasn?t sure where to put it. The ice machine tray was filled with about 3-4 inches of ice sitting there. Definitelythe most messy Chipotle I?ve ever been too. Then again, it?s in the heart of downtown near campus, so it?s likely always busyand always understaffed. Read more
I LOVE chipotle. Eat there more than 99.9% of the public. Never thought I'd say anything bad but this Chipotle is the absolute... worst. There must have been 7-10 people on duty back in the kitchen. Only two were working. 1) I ordered a double chicken andmaybe got 1 serving of chicken. 2) I had my burrito finished and stood at the register for 3 or 4 mins watching all the"workers" talk and eat chips until someone walked over to work the register. 3) And to top it off, it was filthy. No napkins.No utensils. Every trash can was overflowing onto the counters and the floors. This needs some new management and some peoplewho are willing to do some work. I ordered a double steak bowl and chips and this is what I got for $25. I will never return to this restaurant... again Update- Customer service emailed and offered a BOGO that I could use within 30 days. (Clearly a ploy to get customersback in the store) When I replied and asked if I was getting refunded, they replied the next day and switched out the BOGO witha refund, but not a full refund. They refunded me $21.20 instead of the $26.24 that I paid. Read more
Restaurant was clean and the workers were very cordial. The workers here are very under staffed. They were so understaffed that... when I asked for chips I was told they had none because they didn't have enough people for someone to be making them. Thoughthey were overworked you would never have known because they were so gracious and helpful. Get this people some more staff. Read more
It was busy, but the staff was still cheerful. The building was clean, and utensils etc. were stocked. The food was fresh and... seasoned as I've come to expect from Chipotle. A perfect score as far as Chipotle goes. Read more
I?m not kidding when I say this Chipotle has never had all the ingredients available at one time. They?re always out of... something and most of the time out of multiple things. Please don?t spend your hard earned money here. Whoever owns this mfneeds to get it together. Absolutely sad Read more
