I go at least 1 or 2 times a week, it has happened to me on several occasions that there are only 1 or 2 people attending and... they take too long. This day there was no guacamole or steak, almost always they serve me very well but other times they rushme and I don't know if they don't listen well behind the counter, because several times (5) they don't serve me everything Iwant or they serve me something different. I would like them to take the time to attend more calmly and make sure that theorder is correct. another thing, their technique of passing the order to the cashier is difficult because they always charge mewrong, or less or they don't charge me for drinks and I need to swipe my card again.... all this for "wanting to serve quickly". Place was super busy and somewhat slow. Portions were tiny compared to other chipotle?s I?ve been to. Restaurant was dirty as... well. Tables hadn?t been cleaned or wiped down. Drink bar was poorly stocked and messy. 3 stars because.. well.. it?s chipotleso the food tasted great. Read more
While the food was tasty and portion size was actually good for a change, by the time we got through line it was all cold. The... line was more than a noticable wait, and the noise level made ordering difficult. In fact, while the issue was corrected part ofmy order was taken wrongly while speaking at an above normal volume. 1 star for food taste, 2 stars for friendlyness andcustomer service, -2 stars for value of food, atmosphere (crowdedness mostly), and waiting time. My girlfriend and I took our food to go. I always complain to my girlfriend that Chipotle is bland. But this visit had a... particular zing to it. I got the tofu. The flavor consistency of the tofu is 100x that of your steak...and even sometimes yourchicken. I love your clean and simple ingredients but you need to put some more flavor options on your serving line. Even ifit's some seasoning that can be shaken onto the food. Like garlic, cayenne pepper, etc. Read more
I have been here Four times, every single time the order is wrong. Half the times the rice is undercooked or overcooked, If you... want good food from a chipotle location go to the one in fayette mall. much better. Read more
I ordered online, my order is wrong. Again. This is starting to be an every time thing. I ordered double brown rice and what I... got was brown rice with with white rice on top of it. The worst part is that I need to eat lower glycemic index foods- doctorsorders. So, again, I've wasted money on a meal I'm not going to eat because they just. can't. get. their. orders. right. I usedto love this particular store, Che Ho was the manager and everything was always right, he talked to customers and asked whatthey did and didn't like about that location. Unacceptable service. The so called burrito was falling apart when I peeled the foil back and their solution was to just throw... it in a bowl?? it would be fine if we didn?t have to already wait and order online while we?re here since they?re ?shortstaffed? Uhmm maybe just pay people better and they?ll work. Ridiculous and we will not being coming back to this sorry excuseof an establishment. Read more
The food is great but the service at the Richmond Road, Lexington, KY location is consistently poor. On-line order on... several Occasions were over 20 minutes late when I went to pick up. Tonight, one staff member working the pick-up line. About 7other staff roaming around and no one helping the one person who is swamped. Avoid pick-up, they serve walk-ins much faster. Read more
