It was a slow Wednesday night. I was a one top and it took anyone five minutes to greet me when I came to the door. Once I was... sat, it took the server over ten minutes to get to me. I ordered a glass of wine and an entree. It took over 15 minutes to getthe wine and ten more minutes to get my cold food. This is a truly embarrassing example of a restaurant and I understand whychili's is dying its deserved death. Kenzie was the worst server I've ever had, this restaurant should be closed. Read more

We went here for a quick bite. When we arrived there wasn't very many people in the restaurant (which was perfectly fine with... me????) so we were seated immediately. We were greeted by Deona, which was our waitress. She was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! She wason point with getting the orders out, making sure our drinks was full and making sure that we didn't need anything whilewaiting for our food to be prepared. When she brought everything out everything was GREAT!! Even though it had gotten busierthan when we 1st arrived she still made sure to check on us. She was perfect!! Amazing food! Even better service! We were sooo hungry after a long visitation for my grandfather. We last minute decided to go... eat. With a large party of 14 we were worried about getting in to any place! After getting yelled at by another restaurant closeby for asking to be seated together we were ready to just eat apart. We walked up and the note on the door said we can?taccommodate large parties but at this point we were going to sit with our smaller size family. The food was awful. The chicken was VERY DRY. It look as if our plates was just sitting there before the waiter brought it out... to us. Then when we approached the matter to her she act as if we was getting on her nerves. Prior to that my sister had to askfor them to remake her tortilla soup over because it wasn't hot and the tortilla was soggy. My blackberry tea didn't have anyblackberry. I've always said the Richmond rd Chili's has gone down hill over the past few times I've visited. Nicholasville rdis better.
